5 TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN IN WINTER
As the leaves change colour and a chill emerges in the air it’s time to think about protecting your skin from the cold Winter conditions.
Cold outdoor temperatures with chilly wind, combined with indoor heating, take a toll on the skin. The harsh elements can leave your skin prone to dryness, redness, tightness, flaking, inflammation and itching.
So how do you maintain a healthy rosy glow without becoming a dry red mess?
