Membership fees are direct debited once a month from the day of sign up. In salon/ pay upfront options available with a minimum of three months.   Memberships are non-refundable and non transferable. Free Facial services MUST be redeemed each month and do not roll over into subsequent months. Only Tranquil Club members receive the discounts and these discounts cannot be transferred to other non-members.  Memberships can be suspended for up to three months
